Commissioned by Cambridge University Press, “Interchange” is a DVD series set to accompany Interchange, an EFL textbook series published by Cambridge University Press designed to teach non-native speakers English.  The episodes for which we are casting are approximately 45 fictional sketches with a comedic twist designed to reinforce the language principles presented in the book. 

We are a paying, non-union production looking to cast a core repertory of actors for this project to be brought on at a day or weekly rate, many of whom will play different roles depending on the day. Production is currently slated to take place between Sept. 15th and October 31st  of 2010.  The commitment for some could be for as few as a couple of days, though most roles will involve 10-25 shooting days over a month and a half period. Accordingly, we’ll need you to be convenient to the Boston area and have some availability in that month and a half with which we can work. Given the language learning objectives of the series, the ability to memorize and stick closely to the script is essential.
